shipping & returns

Our hair can be shipped out same day if order is placed before 2 PM. The hair is shipped via USPS. Tracking number will be provided as soon as a order has shipped.

Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

All Other Shipping:

We ship all orders through USPS with receipt confirmation. This is to protect our business from theft and credit card fraud. Once an order has shipped customers should receive their merchandise within 3 to 5 business days. A tracking number will be provided to all customers through email once their order has shipped.

 

International Shipping:

International standard shipping takes 6 – 10 business days.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days upon delivery. We ask that all customers check their order as soon as they receive it to make sure everything is correct. We cannot accept any returns after 7 days. If you need to make a return or exchange request email us at trichology360@gmail.com with your order number and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

In order to get a full refund:

• Merchandise must be in its original condition.

• All packaging & gifts must be included in return.

• Customers must pay return shipping.
